In a shocking turn of events, local athlete and public figure Josh Powell has been arrested and charged with murder. The victim, Powell’s manager Edmund Yi, was found dead at his place of residence with wounds inflicted by an axe.
As a public figure, athlete Josh Powell was expected to uphold the high standards set for them by their fans and the general public. Unfortunately, this is not what happened when Powell, who was previously married to Sandra Bullock, murdered his manager at 5 pm on Friday. Powell, who was previously a well-known figure in the entertainment industry, is now being investigated for the murder of his manager.
This case has caught mainstream attention for an otherwise mundane, borderline public figure due to the transformative nature of the murder.
